This item can be obtained by reaching Tier 44 of the Premium Rocket Pass Season 13 or occasionally through the in-game Item Shop, where it has been for sale twice for 200 Credits. Before Psyonix removed player to player trading from Rocket League it was obtainable through trading. It's an exclusive Rocket League Sideswipe item and is not obtainable in regular Rocket League.
