Emperor II is a Limited Body that comes in all paints. It uses the Breakout Hitbox, which affects how the car handles in-game. This item was originally obtainable by reaching Tier 70 of the Premium Rocket Pass Season 9, but this Rocket Pass has since ended. Before Psyonix removed player to player trading from Rocket League it was obtainable through trading.
